BIO

Bill Scott has been teaching the game of golf since 1991 and has been certified in club fitting since 1995. He achieved his membership in the PGA of America in 1997; placing in the top 5% of his class. Currently, Bill is working his way towards PGA Certified Professional status in golf instruction through the PGA of America. In addition, he is currently seeking a degree in Sports Psychology with a minor in Physiology.

Bill teaches golfers of all abilities and has been instrumental in the creation of beginner ladies clinics and has also taught club champions and professionals’. His passion for the game is reflected in his exceptional ability to effectively communicate the technical information of the golf swing to his students. It is this ability to communicate that makes Bill such an effective instructor for the student and their swing. Bill also uses video swing analysis software to aide in his communication with his students.

He is currently serving as the Southeast Chapter PGA Award Chairman of the South Florida Section and has also served as Southeast Chapter PGA Junior Golf Chairman of the South Florida Section from 2004 through 2008. Bill remains on the junior committee as both an advisor and member. Bill won the 2006 and 2007 Junior Golf Leader of the Year for the Southeast Chapter of the South Florida PGA. This award recognizes a PGA golf professional who is a leader in junior golf, reflects the qualities and ideals of those who work with our nation's youth, and provides opportunities and experiences for juniors to learn and play golf. In 2007, Bill was recognized by US Kids with an Honorable Mention as one of the Nations Top Instuctors to youth golfers; This makes him one of the Top 125 instuctors to juniors in the United States. Bill was also selected to instruct a National US Kids Family Golf Camp at PGA Learning Center. He has also been involved with award winning junior programs in the Middle Atlantic section of the PGA, as well as, organized countless junior programs.

Rates

Adult Lesson Rates: ½ Hour - $50.00 1 Hour - $100.00  Pay for 6 in advance and receive the 7th lesson free

Juniors (17 and under): ½ Hour - $40.00 1 Hour - $80.00  Junior Plan--Ten (10) ½ hour lessons for $350 (must pay in advance)
